On August 21, 2010, Desert Paws sponsored an International Homeless Animals Day event in Palm Desert, CA. This Candlelight Vigil featured speakers including Animal Law Pioneer Henry Holzer and Palm Desert Mayor, Cindy Finnerty. Feral Cats Instruction course summary In June, 2011, we partnered with Best Friends Animal Society and Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter to conduct a Seminar in Humane Feral Cat management.
